Tired of being underappreciated and manipulated by powerful "others," you fight back. Though possesssing a cold, violent outside, you have a soft, scentimental inside. You love your partner, you cherish family heirlooms, and you want nothing more than to be geniunely happy -- but you don't mind having to kill a couple of nimrods who happen to clutter your path.

Kerry's change of heart
"... The threat of Saddam Hussien with weapons of mass destruction is real... he presents a particularly grevious threat because he is so consistantly prone to miscalculation; and now he has miscalculated America's response to his continued deceit and his consist grasp for weapons of mass destruction." ~ John Kerry Georgetown University January 23, 2003 - two months before the war "Saddam Hussien has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock... his missile delivery capabilities and his nuclear weapons program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Queda.." ~ Hillary Clinton So I'm voting Nader. | | Monday, March 29th, 2004 | | 3:40 am |

August and everything after
Ok, this is the best day in musical history! Well, at least it is for all the super counting crows fans; finally, they played and recorded august and everything after. Yes, I know it's their first album, but it's always been their mystery song. It's freaking amazing; when I first started listening I almost started crying. I guess I've always wanted to hear it, and it makes me sad because it's not their mystery song anymore. But; now everything is complete. I have heard every counting crow song ever... and most covers too. http://www.annabegins.com/ Current Mood: Crowtinic | | Monday, March 8th, 2004 | | 4:15 pm |
Boys Kissing Boys
Next time, for the love of my sanity! Put it behind a cut... so at least I'll feel stupid when I double click and see that. Ahhh! It's just... I don't know, they're tonguing and other stuff! That's just gross; not just because it's boys, because you can see them tongue! That's unnatural... | | Sunday, March 7th, 2004 | | 6:30 am |

Movies
Yes, I missed the partay; but I had an amazing night of conversation and tripping movies. First, the conversation: Say what you guys want; tonight was spectacular. I've never been so happy just sitting in a chair typing. It's great having someone in this world that makes you feel so young and so naively happy. I appreciate the chat, and I had fun talking on the phone too. Yes, it was over an hour and thirty minutes long; the only thing I regret is not talking longer. Second, the movies: Pulp Fiction: Friggin amazing; believe the hype my brothers. I know that everyone has already seen this movie, and everyone has their own opinion of it. I love the movie, and I'm ashamed that tonight was the first time for me to see it. It makes me want to be black... I wanna be Samuel L. Jackson. I'm writing what he wrote on his wallet on mine. Maybe it will make me cooler; I'm such a loser. Requiem for a Dream: I've decided to rename this disturbing movie, "Drugs are bad mmm-kay". To be honest, I think if we showed this movie in sixth grade, when we took the DARE education program, there wouldn't be a druggie among us. I'm still freaked out, and it's been like five minutes since I finished it. Should I give it time? I mean, come on, you start it, and it has tragedy written all over it. I had to stop it because it was making me too sad; but it was like a car wreck and I just had to watch it end. Third, Sun Kil Moon: I think you bastards made a fan of alternative music out of me. This CD is amazing, I hafta hunt down some Red House Painters and get some of that. Sigh, what has become of my taste in music. This summer, while I was in summer session, I downloaded a lot of music. The bands were Counting Crows, Radiohead, Dashboard Confessional, Blind Melon, and Pearl Jam. Grant it, I love all of those bands with undying passion; but, I've found new loves. The amazing thing is, the bands I listen to now, I never even knew about last July. Strangely, by just being associated with KTXT, I've changed my taste in music. I guess you've guys have had an impact on my way of life. But I'm still conservative, and I'll die before I give into your hippie ways! Lot's of Love: Allan Current Mood: sober | | Saturday, March 6th, 2004 | | 2:02 am |

Ok, Jay-z made a black album and the Beatles made a white one. A certain DJ Dangermouse decided to mix the two; thus, making an album about selling coke, slapping hoes, and bling bling from the fab four's music. Brilliant! Groundbreaking: doubt it Good: maybe Interesting: It really is worth a listen; but you have to be able to listen to rap |
